You’ll lead a dedicated team that:

  • Builds strong partnerships with local organisations to grow Scouting in new communities.
  • Champions Scouts in the local area through positive media and community engagement.
  • Supports Groups to open new Sections where they’re needed most.
  • Keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—from finances and governance to digital tools and property management.
